Danske Bank Estonia needed an adaptive advisory workflow and toolset to be fully integrated into its internal CRM (customer relationship management system). Workflows and investor profiling needed to be adaptable to situative needs and language requirements.

With the realization of the advisory solution, Dankse Bank Estonia shifted private investment advisory to a portfolio analysis/optimization model.
The application is multilingual and available in Lithuanian, Estonian, Russian and English language versions.
Depending on the advisory situation and requirements, the investor profiling workflow is adapted dynamically.
Profiling covers an extensive, fully MIFID-compatible questionnaire and evaluation logic to calculate the MIFID score, a section covering the client risk capabilities and the advisory baseline.
A major requirement was to establish a coherent, automated MIFID documentation for all advisors.
