The strategic move expands cleversoft’s offering to include WealthTech solutions for portfolio analysis and optimization with advanced ESG support. In addition, the integration of tetralog systems AG’s offering will ensure a higher level of product governance in line with MIFID II regulations.<\/p>\n

The merger is an important milestone in the growth strategy of both companies, which will from now on jointly expand their position as industry leaders. With the integration of tetralog, the cleversoft group becomes a one-stop shop for modern compliance and investment advice solutions for the financial services industry. Customers of tetralog systems AG will have access to additional MIFID II, PRIIP and SFDR documents as well as direct know-your-customer (KYC) and onboarding capabilities from cleversoft to streamline their compliance processes and enhance their overall experience.<\/p>\n
