“We need a tool that allows Private Banking advisors to re-allocate and analyze organically grown client portfolios according to the client profile and the market opinion of the bank.” This task was the beginning of our long-standing cooperation with Bank Austria. Over the years, the “Portfolio Quality Analysis” we developed as a result has developed into the bank’s central and sole investment advisory platform under the name of “BestInvest” , with which all segments, from private and retail to corporate banking, are provided with comprehensive advice.
From mere product to ongoing process: Continuous Improvement
Whether introducing a new product line or expanding existing functions, we work closely and sustainably with our partners from Bank Austria. In joint workshops, we discuss objectives, requirements and possible solutions. In the ongoing process, we always work agilely – and agree on short routes. This “ping-pong” strategy enables us to achieve excellent results quickly and to permanently optimise and take feedback into account during the process.
State-of-the-art technology: From Spider Widget to Report Engine
Thanks to our interface competence, we can easily evolve and modernize existing software systems using state-of-the-art technologies. One of the software modules that we have adapted to Bank Austria’s needs is the “Risk & Return” module: in a quantitative feedback report, the customer’s source and target portfolios are compared with the GIS team’s market opinion. Another special highlight of our cooperation with Bank Austria is our Report Engine, which is easy to use and can be adapted in detail and dynamically according to requirements and use cases.
