With all our partners, whether in the B2B, media or study sector, we therefore attach great importance to mastering challenges together. Based on the results, we also strive to further develop the content of the topics so that both sides benefit from the cooperation in the long term.
Expert knowledge for new formats
We also share our expert knowledge with media partners, through which we can make information and findings from the industry available to the general public in the form of analyses, study results and tools. With the n-tv Depotcheck, for example, we invented a completely new format in 2002: over 145,000 n-tv viewers had their depots optimized and tetralog analyzed the optimization potential for a total investment volume of over 14 billion euros.
Measurement of service quality: media and study cooperations
Our oldest cooperation partner is the magazine Capital, for which we have been working regularly since 1997. For several years now, we have been using the Capital Funds Compass to assess the service quality of fund companies in terms of information quality and transparency from the perspective of private investors. In addition, we conduct the Capital Robo-Advisor Test every year.
